By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on Learn and Study Forum ("LSF", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this platform. By continuing, your guardian also agrees to these terms on your behalf.

Learn and Study Forum is a free, student-built educational platform designed to support Nigerian university students and JAMB candidates. Access to all core features — study materials, the CBT quiz engine, the AI chatbox, and the mentorship board — is provided at no charge.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful, educational purposes. Specifically, you agree:

• Not to use the platform to distribute spam, advertisements, or unsolicited promotional content.
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or databases.
• Not to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the platform's infrastructure.
• Not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content without written permission.
• Not to misrepresent your identity or impersonate another user or member of the LSF team.

To access personalised features such as quiz history, bookmarks, and achievements, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information when registering.
• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing it with others.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or are found to be fraudulent, with or without prior notice.

All study materials, PDFs, quiz questions, notes, videos, and other educational content available on Learn and Study Forum are provided for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

• You may download and print materials for your personal study use.
• You may not redistribute, resell, republish, or claim ownership of any materials.
• You may not reproduce content in bulk for commercial gain or class-wide distribution.
• Third-party content linked from the platform is subject to its original owner's terms.

Some materials are sourced from publicly available academic resources. Where possible, original authorship is acknowledged. If you believe any content infringes your copyright, contact us immediately via WhatsApp and we will review and remove it promptly.

Learn and Study Forum is a respectful learning community. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any user, tutor, or member of the LSF team.
• Posting or sharing sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Promoting hate speech, discrimination, or content that targets individuals based on ethnicity, gender, religion, or background.
• Sharing or soliciting academic exam papers in violation of examination body regulations (e.g., JAMB, WAEC, NECO).
• Using the AI chatbox or any platform feature to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.

Booking a tutoring session through the platform connects you directly with David Magaji via WhatsApp for scheduling. The following applies to all booked sessions:

• Session scheduling, timing, and any applicable fees are agreed between you and the tutor directly.
• Please provide at least 2 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
• LSF is not liable for any disputes arising between students and tutors regarding sessions.
• Virtual sessions take place via platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom; in-person sessions are at a mutually agreed location.

Your use of this platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your personal data.

By creating an account, you acknowledge that we collect basic profile data (name, email, institution, phone number) and anonymised usage data (quiz attempts, scores) to provide and improve the platform's services.

Learn and Study Forum is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free.
• Study materials are provided for educational support and do not constitute official academic or professional advice.
• Quiz scores and results are for self-assessment purposes only and do not reflect or predict actual examination outcomes.
• We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from technical issues outside our control.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our platform, legal obligations, or service offerings. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
• Where reasonably practicable, notify registered users via an in-app notification or email.

Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with a change, you may close your account at any time from your profile page.
